• Rahhi Outdoors acts as an agent for hotels, and transport providers and is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service failures from third parties.


• The company is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the trip. Travelers are advised to purchase travel insurance.


• Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, operational issues, or government restrictions.

Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that travelers purchase travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.


• The company is not responsible for losses arising from lack of insurance coverage.

Conduct and Behavior

• Travelers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, guides, and local communities.


• Any misconduct that disrupts the tour may result in removal from the trip without a refund.

Force Majeure

• The company shall not be held liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or other uncontrollable events.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra/India. Any disputes shall be settled in the jurisdiction of Pune(Maharashtra).
