At Team-Raahi Outdoors and Holidays, we understand that travel plans can change. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds or booking changes. Please read carefully before making any reservations.

1. General Terms

All bookings are subject to the terms set by individual service providers (hotels, tour operators, etc.). Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] and include relevant booking details.

Refunds may not be available for non-refundable services. Any approved amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10-15 days.

2. Refunds for Cancellations

  • Minimum cancellation: 10% or ₹3000 (whichever is higher)
  • 25% between 45–30 days before departure
  • 50% between 30–15 days
  • 75% between 15–5 days
  • 100% on the same day/no-show/within 5 days

If canceled due to lockdown restrictions, the amount will be carried forward to future treks or tours.

Hotels and Accommodations

Refunds depend on the hotel’s policy. Some may allow partial/full refunds; others may charge a fee or deny refunds.

Tours and Activities

Refunds depend on the tour operator. If canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather), a full refund will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Non-refundable tickets/packages/events
  • Travel insurance once issued

4. Changes to Bookings

Date changes: Subject to availability and may incur fees.
Name changes: Generally not allowed. Please verify details before booking.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of a situation beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we may not be able to provide a refund or alternative arrangements. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate affected customers and inform them of any significant changes or cancellations.

6. How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us at [[email protected]] to investigate the issue. We will follow up with the relevant service provider ( hotels, etc.) to ensure your refund is processed promptly.

8. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to ensuring that your travel experience is enjoyable. If there is an issue with your booking that is within our control, we will work to find a fair resolution. However, refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction with services rendered unless the issue is due to a breach of contract or fault on our part.
