Day 01: Delhi to Manali (Overnight Journey)
♦ Report at the designated(Kashmiri Gate) Volvo boarding point in Delhi
♦ Board an overnight AC Volvo bus to Manali
♦ Enjoy the scenic journey as you move towards the mountains

Morning arrives in Manali and directly go to guest house for freshen up later check bikes, load your luggage in a backup Jeep and start riding from Manali to Jibhi or Soja. From here we can get a scenic view of the Banjar Valley, to which we will now descend. You will be compelled to take photo stops for the next few kilometers. The area retains a surreal charm as it remains off the beaten tracks followed by hoards of tourists. On arrival check in at the guest house. Overnight at the guest house

After breakfast start riding from Shoja to Sangla over Jalori Pass (3223 M), situated on a ridge across the Rampur Valley.  Sangla is a beautiful village located in the backdrop of the Kinner Kailash Mountain range. On arrival check in at the hotel. Evening free to walk around the Sangla village. Overnight at hotel.

After an early breakfast, travel by surface from Sangla to Chitkul, famously known as the last inhabited village of India near the Indo-Tibetan border. Enjoy a walk through the picturesque village, interact with locals, and soak in the pristine Himalayan landscapes.
Later, ride back through the beautiful Baspa Valley and continue your journey towards Nako. En route, stop at the spectacular Khab Sangam, the dramatic confluence of the Spiti and Sutlej rivers.
Upon arrival in Nako, explore the serene Nako Lake and stroll through the charming Nako village, known for its ancient monasteries and traditional mud-brick houses.

After an early breakfast, begin your scenic Himalayan ride towards the remote Lepcha village near the Indo–Tibetan border, offering raw landscapes and a true sense of isolation in the high Himalayas.
Continue your journey to Gue Gompa, world-famous for preserving the naturally mummified body of a Buddhist monk, a rare and fascinating spiritual site.
Later, ride to Tabo, home to the legendary Tabo Monastery, also known as the “Ajanta of the Himalayas”, renowned for its ancient murals, scriptures, and profound spiritual aura.
In the afternoon, proceed to the majestic Dhankar Gompa, dramatically perched on a cliff overlooking the Spiti River valley, offering breathtaking panoramic views and deep cultural insight.
Finally, ride onward to Kaza, the heart of Spiti Valley. Upon arrival, check in at the guest house and relax after an adventurous day.

After breakfast, start your ride to Chicham Village, crossing the iconic Chicham Bridge and enjoying dramatic Spiti landscapes. Continue to the majestic Kee Monastery, the spiritual heart of Spiti Valley.
Later, ride to the high-altitude villages of Komic and Hikkim, among the highest permanently inhabited villages in the world. Soak in the surreal views and unique Himalayan lifestyle before returning for an overnight stay at the hotel.

Morning visit Ki monastery, 12 km from Kaza. This centuries-old gompa is a labyrinth of rooms and corridors – and at one time also acted as a fort. It houses valuable Thangkas and offers a panoramic view of the area. Then travel to the Chandra Tall route crossing over Kunzam Pass providing beautiful views of CB ranges. On arrival at Chandra Tall check in at camp. Evening walks till lake and explores beautiful lake of Moon. Overnight at camp.

✅ Cancellation by Customer:
👉 30 days or more before the departure date: 90% refund (after deducting booking & processing fees).
👉 15–29 days before the departure date: 50% refund.
👉 7–14 days before the departure date: 25% refund.
👉 Less than 7 days before the departure date or No-show: No refund.

✅ Booking Amount:

Advance booking amount will be non-refundable but can be adjusted for future bookings within the same calendar year under special cases only of bookings are cancelled 15days prior start of tour.  

✅ Cancellation by Company: In rare cases of unforeseen situations like natural disasters, political unrest, or minimum group size not met:

👉 Full refund or rescheduling of trip as per customer preference.
👉 No compensation for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred outside the trip package.

♦ If this trek/tour is cancelled due to Covid Lockdown or natural calamity

♦  In case the tour gets cancelled because of local lockdown or natural phenomena or any other reason beyond our control, we shall arrange for alternative treks or tour to a different place[Subject to availability].
♦ In case, due to Government lockdown restrictions we are unable to continue with any of the plan, your only tour amount will be carry forwarded and travel amount will be refunded as per the travel operator standard refund process.
♦  If the participant is unwilling to go for the alternative tour/trek, there would be no refund or voucher issued as for this tour. All the services have to be arranged beforehand and cannot be shifted to any other date.
♦ No show and tour changes/cancellation due to bad weather or natural calamity will be non-refundable.
♦  No money shall be refunded in case a person is rescued and brought back to thebase camp before the said date.
♦  If the travelers need to return before the trip ends, they shall have to bear all the expenses for accommodation and meals at respective or any other place. The services on the tour are arranged for even if they go unused.

In Case of Injury / Casualty

♦ If any traveler feels unwell and has to be brought back to the base camp, all the charges, including the rescue fees, medication, Ambulance / Transport, accommodation apart from the scheduled itinerary, Meals or any other medical or Miscellaneous expenses will have to be borne by the traveler.
♦ P.S. We are only liable to offer the services mentioned as per the itinerary and inclusions.
 

​Unused Services

♦ We shall not offer or pay any discounts or refunds for missed or unused services which were missed or unused by the client due to no fault of ours, or our representatives, which shall include any termination of the client’s participation in the tour product due to the client’s own fault, negligence or breach of these terms.

1. A/C Restrictions:
○ A/C will not function in vehicles in hilly areas.
2. Unforeseen Events:
○ In case of bad weather or landslides, the itinerary will be
rescheduled. Guests will bear any additional costs incurred.
3. Hotel Services:
○ The company is not responsible for faults like electricity or water
issues at hotels (to be resolved by the hotel management).
4. Helicopter Services:
○ The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to
weather or issues from the aviation company.
5. Additional Costs:
○ Expenses outside the itinerary (medical emergencies, extra meals,
extra sightseeing) will be borne by the guest.
6. Green Card Permit:
○ Issued by Uttarakhand Govt. for Rishikesh; timing may vary
depending on the crowd.
7. Refund Policy:
○ Unutilized or partially utilized meals/services are non-refundable.
