At RAAHI OUTDOORS AND HOLIDAYS, we understand that plans can change. However, we incur costs and make arrangements in advance for every trek. Hence, our cancellation policy is as follows:

 Cancellation by Participant:

▪️More than 4 days before trek start time: 👉 Full refund or 100% transfer to another trek (subject to availability)
▪️ 3 days before trek start time: 👉 50% refund or 75% transfer to another trek.
▪️ 2 days before trek start time: 👉 25% refund. No transfer.
▪️ Less than 24 hours before trek start time Or No-show on the day of trek: ❌ No refund. No transfer.

👉If a participant cancels and the insurance has already been processed, INR 100 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation by RAAHI:
If the trek is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g, bad weather, government restrictions, locals or insufficient participants), you will be given:
▪️A full refund
           OR
▪️An option to reschedule or join another trek of similar value.
▪️If the event is cancelled by RAAHi and the insurance has already been processed,  INR 100 will be deducted from the refund amount.

 Rescheduling Policy:

▪️Rescheduling is allowed only once if requested at least 48 hours before trek day.
▪️No rescheduling will be entertained for last-minute cancellations.

▪️Trekking/Sports shoes  in good condition (compulsory)
▪️Minimum 2-3 liters of water (compulsory)
▪️Comfortable clothing( avoid wearing jeans)
▪️Extra pair of clothes (to wear after trek)
▪️Winter Jacket
▪️Sandals/Chappals (to wear in bus after the trek)
▪️Plastic carry bags ( to keep mobile and all your valuables safe)
▪️Sack to put all things
▪️Personal medicines (if u need any)
▪️Camera (optional)
▪️Ready to eat food (like energy bar, dry fruits, etc.)

Any extra transfers[not mentioned in itinerary] required during the trek will be charged extra
Anything that is explicitly not mentioned in the inclusions and optional as suggested in the itinerary, are not a part of this package.

Cost and consequences arising due to any force major situations including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances like; natural calamities, political disturbances, health issues, flight delays / Cancellations, things beyond our control, etc. will have to be borne by the guest
