- 05:00 AM - Depart from Pune by a Private bus
- Continue Journey to Bhimashankar
- 08:00 AM - Reach base Village, have breakfast
- 09:00 AM - With small introduction, start trek
- 12:00 PM - Reach temple, get mukh darshan, incase crowd is less we will have darshan 
    from inside of temple
- Then we continue of trek to Bhorgiri
- Go to Gupt bhimashankar for darshan
- On our trekking route Enjoy water streams, waterfalls and deep forest
- 02:00 PM - Reach base vilage of Bhorgiri
- Get changed and Enjoy fresh lunch at local home
- 03.30 PM - Start return journey towards Pune
- 8 PM (+/- 1hr) Back to Pune

Bhorgiri village is surrouded by hills from 3 sides, out of which one has Bhorgiri Fort and Caves. Bhorgiri to Bhimashankar trek route is through dense jungle and provides visual treat for nature lovers!! One can see the state animal of Maharashtra Giant Squirrel in local language known as “Shekru.” In Monsoon , Bhorgiri to Bhimashankar is the perfect trek for Beginners, Nature Lovers, and Photographers. It’s a plain Jungle walk of around 3 Hours which ends at “Gupta Bhimashankar”. One has to pass the Streams & waterfall to reach the Bhimashankar Temple.

Terms and conditions for travel insurance

1. Adventure travel insurance will be applicable only if the booking is confirmed by 24 hrs before departure time.
2. In case of cancellation, insurance amount of 100/- will be deducted.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 1/2 DAYS TREK/TOUR
Cancellation charges of 10% or INR 500 whichever maximum per person per tour will be applicable
In case, the tour is cancelled due to any kind of Government regulations/restrictions or natural calamities, your paid amount shall be carry forwarded to any of our future treks or tours

PAYMENT POLICY
1st instalment - 50% at the time of booking the seat
Final instalment - Remaining 50% to be paid 1 day before the trek/tour

RULES & REGULATIONS
If this trek/tour is cancelled due to Govt. restrictions/Natural calamity
In case the tour gets cancelled because of Government regulations/restrictions or natural calamities or any other reason beyond our control, we shall arrange for alternative treks or tours to a different place or your paid amount shall be carry forwarded to any of our future treks or tours. If the participant is unwilling to go for the alternative tour/trek, there would be no refund or voucher issued for this tour. All the services have to be arranged beforehand and cannot be shifted to any other date
In case of tour cancellation due to Government regulations/restrictions or natural calamities, the participant wishes to get a refund, the amount will be refunded
If the participant wishes to return before the trip ends, they shall have to bear all the expenses for accommodation and meals at their respective or any other place. The services on the tour are arranged even if they go unused

In Case of Injury / Casualty
All participants acknowledge that trekking and outdoor tours carry inherent risks. By registering, clients accept full responsibility for their own safety, health, and behavior during the event
In the event of an accident or injury, our team will provide first aid and arrange for evacuation if required. Any associated costs (ambulance, medical treatment, transport, etc.) will be borne by the participant
RAAHI Outdoors and our leaders shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from accidents, natural events, or the actions of third parties during the tour/trek
No money shall be refunded in case a person is rescued and brought back to the base camp before the said date
P.S. We are only liable to offer the services mentioned as per the itinerary and inclusions

Unused Services
No show for the tour/trek will be non-refundable

IMPORTANT NOTES
Any extra transfers required during the tour will be charged extra
Kid's discount is applicable from 5 to 12 years of age
No charges for kids below 5 years, except a separate seat charges in the bus
Anything that is explicitly not mentioned in the inclusions and optional as suggested in the itinerary, is not a part of this package

Cost and consequences arising due to any forced major situations including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances like; natural calamities, political disturbances, health issues, flight delays / Cancellations, things beyond our control, etc. will have to be borne by the guest
