Itinerary (Day Wise)

DAY 1 - BAGDOGRA (IXB) / NEW JALPAIGURI (NJP) - GANGTOK

• As you arrive at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) or at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) our representative would Meet & Greet you.
• Then transfer to Gangtok the Capital city of Sikkim is usually 5-6 Hours.
• On arrival at Gangtok check into your prebooked hotel.
• Have your dinner and retire at your room to have a sound sleep.

DAY 2 - EXCURSION TRIP TO NATHULA PASS, TSSOMGO LAKE & BABA MANDIR

• On the second day of your tour complete your sumptous breakfast at your Gangtok hotel.
• Start your day trip at Gangtok with an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.) which is 55 kms one way from Gangtok city.
• Baba Harbhajan Singh temple which has its own history related to martyr Major Harbhajan Singh.
• Our Tsongmo Lake and Baba Mandir Taxi provided is completly safe and sanitized.
• This day trip will rejuvinate you and want you to linger more with your loved ones.
• Visit to Nathula Pass.
• Overnight stay at your pre booked Gangtok Hotel. (In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provided alternate sightseeing.)

DAY 3 - GANGTOK LOCAL SIGHT SEEING

• After a lovely breakfast at your hotel we will start to explore the Gangtok City.
• Our driver would be ready at the hotel to pick you up.
• Start by visiting Hanuman Tak where you can see the entire Gangtok City, Ganesh Tak,Tashi view Point(These three points are famous for watching beautiful early morning view on Mt Kanchenjunga).
• We will aslo the majestic covering BanJhakri Falls, Flower show, Ropeway.
• Evening free at Gangtok for shopping and exploring the area around MG Marg.
• This would be the last night stay at Gangtok.

DAY 4 - GANGTOK TO DARJEELING

• Wake up to a lovely morning at Gangtok and after breakfast we transfer you to Darjeeling (118kms/5hrs) on our fully sanitized cabs.
• Once the summer capital of India, Darjeeling is a land of infinite variety and charm.
• It will cater you a mix-experience of lively nature charming Himalayan people.
• Surrounded by Tea gardens; this little town faces some of the highest peaks of the Himalayas.
• Take a rest and then a walk around town to appreciate the new culture you are in.
• Overnight at Darjeeling Hotel.

DAY 5 - DARJEELING BEST POINTS SIGHTSEEING

• Early Morning (at 04:00 am) our driver would drive to Tiger hill overvatory (8,400 ft.) to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (Worlds 3rd highest peak).
• Later on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop.
• Return back to your hotel for your breakfast.
• After that we start your Darjeeling Sightseeing in our Darjeeling local taxi and visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway and Japanese Temple.
• Evening free for shopping or leisure.
• Overnight stay at Darjeeling hotel.

DAY 6 - DARJEELING – BAGDOGRA (IXB)/ NEW JALPAIGURI (NJP)

• After breakfast, you will be checking out of the hotel and taking our transfer taxi to the Bagdogra airport or New Jalpaiguri railway station.
• From here on, you will be taking your return journey and bringing the experience to an end on your tour.

Useful Tips Before Booking

If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, you may have to collect your luggage on arrival at the connecting hub and register it again while checking in for the return journey to your origin.
For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
AC will not be operated in Hilly areas. If needed, Extra Charges will be applicable for A/C if running in Hills.
Hatchback will be Alto/Similar as per availability
Sedan will be Dzire/Etios/Similar as per availability
SUV will be Innova/Xylo as per availability
Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
We reserve the right to issue a full refund in case we believe that we are unable to fulfil the services for any technical reasons subject to the usage of the services.

Important Notes

Any extra transfers[not mentioned in itinerary] required during the tour will be charged extra.
For room sharing, in case you have opted for double sharing and we don't have any partner to share, your accommodation will be done in triple sharing [Applicable only for group tours]
Anything that is explicitly not mentioned in the inclusions and optional as suggestedin the itinerary, are not a part of this package.

Cost and consequences arising due to any force major situations including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances like; natural calamities, political disturbances, health issues, flight delays / Cancellations, things beyond our control, etc. will have to be borne by the guest.
Airport transfers and coach tours are based on all guest traveling together in same flight, any additional transfers will not be provided if guest travel on different airlines.
There will be additional charges for the passengers would like to stay back at the destination or transit.
If you are carrying gifts, brochures, standees, placards, t-shirts, stationery, backdrops, laptops, projector, snacks or any such items for distribution purpose, then it is sole discretion of customs authority or regulations.
Duties or gratuities, if any will be payable by the guest/corporate only.
Allowing excess luggage is subject to the airline approval, if any such charges, will be payable by guest/corporate only.
Any changes in itinerary or upgrade in hotel /s will be charged extra, over and above the given cost (which will be informed to the customer in advance for final acceptance and payment)

Cancellation Policy & Airline Cancellation Policy

Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
30 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
0 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given
Please Note: Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation
Incase, tour is cancelled due to any kind of lockdow restrictions your paid amount shall be carry forwarded to any of our future trek or tour

If this trek/tour is cancelled due to Covid Lockdown or natural calamity

In case the tour gets cancelled because of local lockdown or natural phenomena or any other reason beyond our control, we shall arrange for alternative treks or tour to a different place[Subject to availability].
In case, due to Government lockdown restrictions we are unable to continue with any of the plan, your only tour amount will be carry forwarded and travel amount will be refunded as per the travel operator standard refund process.
If the participant is unwilling to go for the alternative tour/trek, there would be no refund or voucher issued as for this tour. All the services have to be arranged beforehand and cannot be shifted to any other date.
No show and tour changes/cancellation due to bad weather or natural calamity will be non-refundable.
No money shall be refunded in case a person is rescued and brought back to thebase camp before the said date.
If the travelers need to return before the trip ends, they shall have to bear all the expenses for accommodation and meals at respective or any other place. The services on the tour are arranged for even if they go unused.

In Case of Injury / Casualty

If any traveler feels unwell and has to be brought back to the base camp, all the charges, including the rescue fees, medication, Ambulance / Transport, accommodation apart from the scheduled itinerary, Meals or any other medical or Miscellaneous expenses will have to be borne by the traveler.
P.S. We are only liable to offer the services mentioned as per the itinerary and inclusions.

Unused Services

We shall not offer or pay any discounts or refunds for missed or unused services which were missed or unused by the client due to no fault of ours, or our representatives, which shall include any termination of the client’s participation in the tour product due to the client’s own fault, negligence or breach of these terms.

Terms and Conditions

Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangements for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out (In case of a Medical condition it entirely depends on hotel policy).
Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
The price does not include expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees, etc.
Travelling Bee reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
In case a flight gets canceled, Travelling Bee will not be liable to provide any alternate flights within the same cost, the traveler shall bear any additional cost incurred for the same.
In Case of any Health Issues Travelling Bee will not be liable to provide any refunds and in case of Medical Emergencies, all the medical expenses will be liable to the customer.
