The trek of Roop kund also known as mysterious trek or skeleton trek is located in the Himalayas in Chamoli, Uttrakhand. It is known as the mystery lake as human skeletons are found around the lake. It is estimated that around 300-900 people lost their lives over there, these skeletons are visible when the ice melts and the water of the lake is clear for us to gaze at. It is said that along with the skeletons other artefacts like iron spearheads and wooden arts were also found. Sarasgad Fort is the twin of Sudhagad Fort. It can be identified by its four pinnacles and thus was mainly used as a watch place to check the surrounding region. On the way from the south, there are 111 steps carved in stone. Sudhagad, Sankshi fort, Sagargad and TailBaila can be easily viewed from the top of Sarasgad. There are many caves that were used for soldiers and other purposes because the fort has the very little area available on its top. There are around ten tanks carved in rocks. Chavand Fort, also known as Prasannagad, is a historic hill fort located in the Sahyadri mountain range near Junnar in Pune district, Maharashtra. Situated at an elevation of approximately 3,400 feet (1,036 meters) above sea level, it is part of the renowned "Famous Five" forts, which include Hadsar, Shivneri, Jivdhan, and Naneghat. Chavand Fort boasts a rich history spanning over 800 years. It was initially acquired by the founder of the Nizam Shahi dynasty, Nizam Ahmed, after the dissolution of the Bahmanid Empire. In 1594, Bahadur Shah's grandson was imprisoned here. Later, in 1636, the fort came under Mughal control through a treaty with the Nizams. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj renamed it "Prasannagad" during his reign. The British captured the fort on May 1, 1818, and subsequently destroyed many of its structures, including the original steps.

Ahupe Ghat is a mountain pass that connects Khopivali village in the Konkan region to Ahupe village on the Ghats. Mrugagad trek is a lesser-known hill trek located in the Sudhagad taluka of Raigad district, Maharashtra. Perched at an elevation of 1,750 feet (533 meters), it offers a relatively short yet rewarding trek amidst the scenic Western Ghats. The initial route goes through the jungle, we have to climb small khind (valley) between two mountains. Jivdhan-Naneghat Trek is one of the best trek in Maharashtra. It is blend of adventure and history. It gives you chance for rock climbing. Jivdhan (or Jeevdhan) is a hill fortress situated 1 km near the modern day town of Ghatghar in Junnar Taluka of Pune district in Maharashtra, India. The fort, which rises 1,145 meters (3,757 feet) above sea level, is located in the Sahyadri mountain range. The fort was looted and destroyed by the British upon siege between 1815 -1818. Forts originated during the Satvaahan era. Every entry point on the forts built by Shivaji have a ‘Kalas’ and Lord Ganesh carved on it. The nearby Naneghat (Toll collection booth) was used for commercial purpose by traders to help in easy movements of goods. As this was an important pass joining the seas to the mainland, it was heavily guarded from enemies. The Jivdhan fort stood as an important guard fort to protect the interests of various kingdoms.
