Korigad (also called Koraigad, Koarigad or Kumwarigad) is a hill fort located about 20 km (12 mi) south of Lonavla in Pune district, Maharashtra, India. Its date of construction is not known but likely predates 1500. It is about 923 m above sea level. The planned township of Aamby Valley is built over the fort's southern and eastern foothills. The closest village is Peth Shahpur, about 1 km (0.62 mi) north of the fort. One of the most visited and loved trek by beginners.

Devkund is one of the most loved one-day trek situated at Bhira dam. It is a 'plunge' waterfall pouring massive amounts of water on the rocky surface underneath. Rajgad (literally meaning Royal Fort) is one of the forts in the Pune district of Maharashtra state in India. The fort is around 1,400 m (4,600 ft) above sea level. Formerly known as Murumbdev; it was capital of the Maratha Empire during the rule of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj for almost 26 years, after which he moved the capital to Raigad Fort. Treasure found at an adjacent fort was used to fortify this hill. The diameter of the fort at the base is 40 kms in perimeter making it difficult for anybody to lay siege to it, adding to its strategic value. The fort is located to the South West of Pune, in the Sahyadri's range. The highest part of the fort has remains of palaces, water cisterns and caves. The main entrance door is known as the Mahadarwaja. This fort is built on the hill called Murumbadevi Dongar (Mountain of the Goddess Murumba). Rajgad boasts of the highest number of days stayed by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on any fort.

Mrugagad trek is a lesser-known hill trek located in the Sudhagad taluka of Raigad district, Maharashtra. Perched at an elevation of 1,750 feet (533 meters), it offers a relatively short yet rewarding trek amidst the scenic Western Ghats. The initial route goes through the jungle, we have to climb small khind (valley) between two mountains. After this climb, there is a diversion that leads to a small cave on the right and a straight path leads to rock-cut stairs. After climbing rock-cut stairs we reach the summit.

Jivdhan (or Jeevdhan) is a hill fortress situated 1 km near the modern day town of Ghatghar in Junnar Taluka of Pune district in Maharashtra, India. The fort, which rises 1,145 meters (3,757 feet) above sea level, is located in the Sahyadri mountain range. The fort was looted and destroyed by the British upon siege between 1815 -1818. Forts originated during the Satvaahan era. Every entry point on the forts built by Shivaji have a ‘Kalas’ and Lord Ganesh carved on it. The nearby Naneghat (Toll collection booth) was used for commercial purpose by traders to help in easy movements of goods. As this was an important pass joining the seas to the mainland, it was heavily guarded from enemies. The Jivdhan fort stood as an important guard fort to protect the interests of various kingdoms.

Visapur is a fort near lonavala. Visapur and lohagad are twin forts near lonavala. The height of the fort from the sea level is 3,556 ft. Visapur Fort is larger and at a higher elevation than its twin fort- Lohagad. Within the fort are caves, cisterns of water. The ruins of a large stone-built house are known as the Peshwa's palace. In addition to a huge carving of Hanuman, there are also several temple dedicated to him scattered all over the place. Hanuman was likely the patron deity of Visapur fort. Tikona also known as Vitandgad is the dominant hill fort in Maval in western India. It is located near Kamshet around 60 km from Pune. The village nearest to the fort is called Tikona-Peth.The 3500-foot-high hill is pyramidal in shape and the name Tikona means "triangular". It is one of the most visited and loved treks by beginners.

Malshej ghat is a spectacle throughout the year. Before the road was constructed, walking up and down the hill was the only mode of transport for the villagers. Hence, this route is considered ancient. It has a carving of Lord Ganesha, water cisterns and occasional rock cut steps. Most of the route is covered in a canopy of green. This route also has a few historical references during the time of war with the Portuguese. At the end of this route, we move to another trail, one that moves alongside a gushing Kalu river, fiercely meandering through during the monsoons. We walk as close to the waterfall as possible, generally possible only to a distance of 1.5 kms away from the base because of the massive flow of the river which is an impediment for crossing the river. Besides the Kalu Waterfall, you'll also get to see an unknown waterfall to the right, hidden in a gorge, nonetheless spectacular.

Dudhsagar literally means ocean of milk. Dudhsagar Waterfall Trek is one of Goa’s most attractive and ideal picnic spots mainly offering charismatic natural beauty and amazing scenery when in full flow after the monsoons. The waterfall initially appears like streams of milk flowing down the mountain which later culminate into gushing cascades after they come in full view of the awestruck visitors. The trek of Roop kund also known as mysterious trek or skeleton trek is located in the Himalayas in Chamoli, Uttrakhand. It is known as the mystery lake as human skeletons are found around the lake.
