    • DAY 1 - DEPARTURE FROM PUNE
      - Pick up will start as per the Pick up points and timings
      - Breakfast on the way
      - Reach to Base village
      - Lunch and short introduction briefing of Festival
      - After that tent pitching and allocation freshen up and explore the village
      - Tea and snacks
      - After that play fun games and group activities
      - Have dinner

    Cancellation Policy For 1/2 Days Treks/Tours

    • Cancellation charges of 10% or INR 500 whichever maximum per person per tour will be applicable
    • In case, the tour is cancelled due to any kind of Government regulations/restrictions or natural calamities, your paid amount shall be carry forwarded to any of our future treks or tours



    Payment Policy

    • 1st instalment - 50% at the time of booking the seat
    • Final instalment - Remaining 50% to be paid 1 day before the trek/tour


    RULES & REGULATIONS

    If this trek/tour is cancelled due to Govt. restrictions/Natural calamity

    • In case the tour gets cancelled because of Government regulations/restrictions or natural calamities or any other reason beyond our control, we shall arrange for alternative treks or tours to a different place or your paid amount shall be carry forwarded to any of our future treks or tours. If the participant is unwilling to go for the alternative tour/trek, there would be no refund or voucher issued for this tour. All the services have to be arranged beforehand and cannot be shifted to any other date
    • In case of tour cancellation due to Government regulations/restrictions or natural calamities, the participant wishes to get a refund, the amount will be refunded
    • If the participant wishes to return before the trip ends, they shall have to bear all the expenses for accommodation and meals at their respective or any other place. The services on the tour are arranged even if they go unused

    In Case of Injury / Casualty

    • If any participant feels unwell and has to be brought back to the base camp, all the charges, including the rescue fees, medication, ambulance / transport, accommodation apart from the scheduled itinerary, meals or any other medical or miscellaneous expenses will have to be borne by the participant
    • No money shall be refunded in case a person is rescued and brought back to the base camp before the said date
    • P.S. We are only liable to offer the services mentioned as per the itinerary and inclusions

    Unused Services

    • No show for the tour/trek will be non-refundable


    IMPORTANT NOTES

    • Any extra transfers required during the tour will be charged extra 
    • Kid's discount is applicable from 5 to 12 years of age.
    • No charges for kids below 5 years , except a seperate seat charges in the bus.
    • Anything that is explicitly not mentioned in the inclusions and optional as suggested in the itinerary, is not a part of this package
    • Images shown about the place, city, attractions, etc. are for illustration purposes only and may not be the same as those linked to the itinerary or services provided
    • Cost and consequences arising due to any forced major situations including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances like; natural calamities, political disturbances, health issues, flight delays / Cancellations, things beyond our control, etc. will have to be borne by the guest
    • Participants who would like to stay back at the destination or transit will have to bear the additional expenses on their own
