RULES & REGULATIONS
If this trek/tour is cancelled due to Govt. restrictions/Natural calamity
- In case the tour gets cancelled because of Government regulations/restrictions or natural calamities or any other reason beyond our control, we shall arrange for alternative treks or tours to a different place or your paid amount shall be carry forwarded to any of our future treks or tours. If the participant is unwilling to go for the alternative tour/trek, there would be no refund or voucher issued for this tour. All the services have to be arranged beforehand and cannot be shifted to any other date
- In case of tour cancellation due to Government regulations/restrictions or natural calamities, the participant wishes to get a refund, the amount will be refunded
- If the participant wishes to return before the trip ends, they shall have to bear all the expenses for accommodation and meals at their respective or any other place. The services on the tour are arranged even if they go unused
In Case of Injury / Casualty
- All participants acknowledge that trekking and outdoor tours carry inherent risks. By registering, clients accept full responsibility for their own safety, health, and behavior during the event
- In the event of an accident or injury, our team will provide first aid and arrange for evacuation if required. Any associated costs (ambulance, medical treatment, transport, etc.) will be borne by the participant
- RAAHI Outdoors and our leaders shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from accidents, natural events, or the actions of third parties during the tour/trek
- No money shall be refunded in case a person is rescued and brought back to the base camp before the said date
- P.S. We are only liable to offer the services mentioned as per the itinerary and inclusions
Unused Services
- No show for the tour/trek will be non-refundable
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Any extra transfers required during the tour will be charged extra
- Kid's discount is applicable from 5 to 12 years of age
- No charges for kids below 5 years, except a separate seat charges in the bus
- Anything that is explicitly not mentioned in the inclusions and optional as suggested in the itinerary, is not a part of this package
- Images shown about the place, city, attractions, etc. are for illustration purposes only and may not be the same as those linked to the itinerary or services provided
- Cost and consequences arising due to any forced major situations including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances like; natural calamities, political disturbances, health issues, flight delays / Cancellations, things beyond our control, etc. will have to be borne by the guest
- Participants who would like to stay back at the destination or transit will have to bear the additional expenses on their own
- All participants are required to sign a Consent form before the trek begins, confirming they understand and accept the risks involved
- Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must also sign the Consent form on their behalf
